In 1999, nature-loving brothers Giorgio and Gerardo Serena fell in love with the land and vineyards located in the splendid hills on the north side of the DOCG area and purchased the Ville d’Arfanta estate.

The Serena family has turned Ville d’Arfanta into a place where they welcome customers and friends, renovating the building but maintaining the typically Veneto rustic style that emanates a cosy, family atmosphere.

The best hillside vineyards in the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area produce the grapes that in the winery become Serena’s most important version of Prosecco.
When they are fully ripe, the grapes are harvested by hand by experts who know and respect the vine’s life cycle. The terroir is a sun kissed patch protected from north winds and dotted with the best vineyards in the province of Treviso.

The uniqueness and special features of the area have earned the DOCG hills recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
